I don't know if anyone had noticed, but last week I decided to put the blog on hiatus for a while I work on my new blogging project. I tried to stay away, I really did, but so much good music just kept on building up and building up, and last weekend's combination of Kanye West's newest G.O.O.D Friday release and his ridiculously incredible VMA performance just pushed me over the top. I'm not sure what's gonna happen in terms of this blog, but for now I'm just gonna enjoy all this great music. I don't know how long it'll be until I blog again, so if you're one of my 10 readers you should head over to Pigeons and Planes or Pretty Much Amazing to keep yourself on top of things(and even if you don't care that much about staying up to date on music, please please read this).

Still have a bunch of stuff which I will post soon (maybe), but for now you need to check out Matt and Kim's latest jam. They stick to their standard simple style based around slick melodies and ridiculously catchy riffs, and as usual create a song that is just plain fun to listen to. This one is going in my daily repeat list alongside Monster and Fuck You. Enjoy, and hopefully I'll be able to get back to blogging regularly soon.
